Palma Vista Villas is a secure gated community. Owners and their guests are requested to be proactive in ensuring that the community is kept safe and secure. In particular, it is essential to ensure that when exiting and entering the side gates to the property, that the gates are properly closed and locked. When entering or leaving the property using a motor vehicle, please ensure that another driver does not attempt to tailgate your vehicle to gain access to Palma Vista.

If you witness persons on the property that you believe should not be there, or you are concerned about noisy or rowdy behavior on the common areas, please bring this to the attention of the Property Superintendent. If the Superintendant is not present, please contact a member of the PV BOD.

In the event of more serious infractions involving suspected trespass or criminal damage, the Police should be contacted to investigate the matter. The President of the BOD must be advised of such incidents at the time they occur or are reported.
