Message from the President of the Board of Directors.

These days there is no example of a fiscally and operationally healthy and successful community that does not have the elements of a balanced budget and well-executed day-to-day operations and tasks performed. An effective Board of Directors consists of:

1. Board members committed to active community participation in decision-making.

2. Board members who encourage a free flow of information and communication with all owners, including management and operational staff.

3. Board members committed to ensuring a balanced and healthy budget.

4. Board members who are consistently fair and transparent with owners, and continually reviewing and improving day-to-day operations of the community.

My commitment is with the community of Palma Vista and the welfare and safety of all owners.
